These Terms of Use govern your use of weddingbiodata.net and the Biodata for Marriage maker, templates, guides and downloads.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the service does

Biodata for Marriage is a document-creation tool that helps people prepare marriage biodata and export them in formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG and editable Word files.

We are not a matrimonial matchmaking service, marriage broker, background-verification service or relationship adviser.

We do not select matches, verify the people mentioned in a biodata, or guarantee any matrimonial outcome.

2. Using the maker responsibly

You may use the service for lawful personal matrimonial purposes.

You are responsible for the information, photographs and other material you enter into your biodata and for making sure that you have the right or permission to use them.

If you create a biodata for another person, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before using or sharing their personal information or photograph.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in the personal information, photographs and wording that you provide.

Using the maker does not transfer ownership of your personal content to Biodata for Marriage.

Because the maker is designed to process biodata content locally in your browser, we generally do not receive the biodata content simply because you create or download a file.

4. Your finished biodata

You may use, download, print and share a biodata generated through the website for your own matrimonial purposes or for a person who has authorized you to create it.

You are responsible for reviewing the final file before sharing it.

Check names, dates, contact details, family information, photographs and other information carefully. We are not responsible for errors in information supplied by you.

Marriage biodatas can contain highly personal information.

You decide what information to include and who receives the resulting file.

Avoid including identification numbers, passwords, financial credentials or other information that is unnecessary for a matrimonial introduction.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the website to break the law, impersonate someone, use another person’s information without appropriate authority, harass or defraud someone, distribute malicious software, interfere with the website or its security, scrape or overload the service in an abusive manner, or reproduce and resell our templates, website design or content as your own product.

7. Our templates and website content

The website software, branding, written content, graphics, template designs and other original site materials belong to Biodata for Marriage or their respective licensors or owners.

Your right to use a generated biodata does not give you ownership of the underlying website, template system or design library.

You may not copy, republish, sell or commercially redistribute substantial parts of the site or its template library without permission.

8. Guides and informational content

Articles, guides, samples and suggestions on the website are provided for general informational purposes.

Families, communities and individuals have different matrimonial customs and preferences. Our content is not legal, financial, religious, astrological or professional advice.

9. Third-party websites

The website may link to other websites for references or additional information.

We do not control those third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, privacy practices or security.

10. Availability and changes

We may add, remove or modify templates, features, languages, downloads or other parts of the service.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or work on every browser or device.

If the service changes materially, these Terms may also be updated.

11. Free features and future services

Features described as free may be used without payment while they are offered as free.

If we introduce optional paid products or services in the future, the applicable price and any additional purchase terms will be shown before a purchase is made.

12. No guarantee of matrimonial results

Creating or sharing a biodata does not guarantee that another person or family will respond, accept a proposal, arrange a meeting or proceed with a marriage.

Any communication, verification, decision or relationship resulting from a shared biodata is between the people involved.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We try to provide a reliable service, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, compatibility with every device, or that a locally stored draft or downloaded file will never be lost or corrupted.

Keep your own copy of any important finished file.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biodata for Marriage will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, loss of locally stored data, information entered incorrectly by a user, sharing a biodata with another person, actions taken by recipients of a biodata, or third-party websites and services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the service after an updated version becomes effective means the updated Terms apply to future use.
